Tip of the week: I love using 3 “tiers” of goals in everything.
Minimum = what I NEED to get / reach / achieve, or else I will be thoroughly disappointed
Ideal = what I would LIKE to get / reach / achieve, it’d give me a sense of accomplishment
Outrageous = what I DREAM of getting / reaching / achieving - it’d help me make my wildest dreams come true!
I apply this to basically anything:
My hourly rate
Progress in key metrics (website visitors, social media followers, etc)
Nightly sleeping hours
Get it? Basically anything.
