About us


After (and between) completing her degrees in sociology and communication sciences, Sandrine worked as an office assistant, office manager, administrative assistant and executive assistant. In 2010, she started working as a personal assistant when she lived Amsterdam. She loved the profession so much she became a self-employed virtual assistant the year after. She registered Sandco as a business early 2012. 

Sandrine is a trained Moolah VA and coach; since completing the Page Strategies course, she has joined the Makers membership and went on to work as a coach for the course as well.

Sandrine was born and raised in Belgium, but now lives in Spain with her husband, two dogs, a flock of chickens, a small herd of alpacas and a very old cat. She shares snippets of her life (and anything that could help others make a leap towards a simpler life) on Facebook and Instagram.


Mellissa is our go-to person for everything web design, graphic design and SEO. She's a WordPress wizard and an expert at optimising pages, sales funnels or branding. Sarah is my online business manager (OBM) and always the right person in the right place. She helps me keep track of projects and make sense of everything on the back end of the business. She’s also been an invaluable support in The Farmish Collective membership.


Natalie is our Community Manager: she’ll come into groups to create conversations, raise engagement and connect with the group members. She’ll also be the one going through group member applications, welcoming new members and schedule posts into the group.


Nancy is one of the Page Managers for Sandco. While Sandrine works on overall strategy with the client, Nancy will manage the page: schedule the posts, engage with commenters, invite visitors to follow the page, make sure everything goes smoothly.


Lou is the other Page Manager in the Sandco Team. Like Nancy, she takes care of the day-to-day management of a client’s page: scheduling, commenting, inviting and keeping the general overview.
